I now have fallen victim to this unfair practice Ebay is doing, Just found out 2 days ago. I sell items on Ebay, no electronics, have 100% positive feedback, my last buyer praised me for fast shipping as others have in the past, I don't sell tickets, don't have complaints and have been on Ebay since 2007. I called and complained to customer service and got nowhere, so Paypal is going to hold my non refundable shipping fees charged to ship the items, they are planning to hold my funds without Just Cause, yes I'm filing a complaint with the Atty. General and will find other agencies to do so. I could understand if I did soemething wrong, but that's not the case here. Are they collecting intrest on funds being held? are they planning to get in to the lending business? something isn't right, and now I'm reading where other business people are having problems with this. Anyone like me being unfairly sanctioned should step forward and complain to consumer agnecies. Paypal should also be paying us intrest on the money the hold
