I'm at a loss. Some complete fraudster and rogue paid me to do some work and sign up to a service so he could benefit from my sign up (and others).. I withdrew the money he sent me. I paid for the services. He then did a charge back. I've sent tons of evidence. The man has a legal case against him by a massive NYC marketing firm for using their name falsely and for financial gain. He told me he hadn't made the charge back and it was an error...and was asking paypal how to resolve the issue. I'm now in situation where my account is in a negative balance... Paypal on Twitter told me they were escalating my case. I've now been sent a letter in French (I live in France and don't understand what the heck they've written) from some debt recovery firm. Paypal won't respond. The debt company won't respond. I must have sent them 100 emails. Can some one here please help?
