Hi, I had only one PayPal account since 2017, but since the beginning of February I decided to open a new account. I was skeptical of this but I knew that if verified then PayPal would know it's a real person and hopefully will be okay with it. One week down the line, I made my first sell on the second account, but unfortunately I wasn't able to withdraw the money, so I gathered all my wits and decided to send the money to my first account and there is when all hell broke lose and both accounts are now limited. I cannot contact PayPal in any way; through calls or email.
My question is, if and when someone has an existing limited account, can he or she open a new operating account, verify it and begin using it, or will this be considered as against PayPal policies?
I will really appreciate your help since I really need a PayPal account ASAP, and I would really hate to be punished for a single mistake I made but rather learn from it.
