Tracking says mailbox but this item is too big to fit in a mail box...even a large one.
I was told seller responded but I never receive the response. Then all of a sudden the case is closed and my dispute claim is denied. No reason was given. Your claim system seems broken.
Sellers site CHAKROS.COM is a fake front for a fraud. Many have been scammed and have reported so in your forums. The item I purchased showed up in a google shopping search. The page I purchased from does not even show on the site its an orphan page. No email confirmation, Address if fake stolen. Name is fake, stolen. Phone just answera fast busy. No emails have been returned. Item was never shipped or received. Tracking says Item was delivered before it was ordered. I have more scans and proof/save pages if needed. Thanks! Kevin.
