This company hit me two days in a row for $66 each time and I checked everything everywhere and know that I NEVER signed up for , downloaded an app for or ordered anything new from ANYONE online in almost a month prior to these charges hitting. Obviously my information was hacked on PayPal as I’m sure is the case with most charges from this bogus company! I disputed with my bank and with PayPal. My bank refused the payments to the company, canceled my card and issued me a new one after PayPal replied to my dispute with that automated bs about “your dispute has been denied.... its an agreement you entered into with the company...” . I then looked here for anyone else with this problem and saw HOW MANY people were being victimized (OMFG!!) by this company and seeing that PayPal was supporting the fraudulent activity, I tried to cancel my PayPal account. They would not allow me to cancel my account with them due to one of this company’s charges still pending in my account!! So to keep them from stealing another dime from me, I removed all payment options from my PayPal account and routed all my legitimate subscriptions, that were being processed through PayPal, to a different payment option. Finally the final pending charge to these crooks fell off my PayPal account and I immediately tried to cancel/delete my PayPal account and now they say that I have to ENTER A PAYMENT METHOD IN ORDER TO CANCEL MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!! WTF!?? Why would I need to do that?!! As if that doesn’t sound sketchy AF!!!! Lmao!!! Unmmm....hell nope! They are out of there ever-loving minds!! This account will sit right here, with absolutely no activity, til my dying day before I trust PayPal with any payment info ever again!! I thought they could be trusted to watch out for the consumers when fraudulent charges are made but they don’t even investigate it! Just sending out automated denials to disputes! Since they are supporting people being robbed, they are crooks too!!!

I literally just received a charge on my bank card from this company today....actually PayPal is showing two, one yesterday and one today and I swear on all that is holy, I have NOT... repeat NOT entered into ANY SORT OF AGREEMENT WITH THEM! Thank goodness my bank caught it and contacted me to approve or not. So I disputed the charge and I canceled my card. I then contacted PayPal to report unauthorized charge and they responded the following.... “We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use. The payment in question was sent as part of a billing agreement you previously set up with the merchant. We've now canceled this agreement for you to prevent any other unwanted transactions. Moving forward please be sure to review all your active billing agreements. If you need a refund for a payment sent using an active billing agreement, please contact the merchant directly.” I mean, what the actual **bleep**!? PayPal cancelled the agreement fir me?? WHAT **bleep** AGREEMENT!!????? What kind of investigation did they do?? I’m saying I didn’t authorize this! They’re saying I am lying!?? I want indisputable proof that I personally went into an agreement with this company! I don’t even know what services I’m supposedly getting from them!!
