So recently I've been noticing that both my PayPal credit and my actual bank have been deducted payments for some of my monthly memberships for video games and Netflix and such. My question or concern is that am I being charged twice? or is PayPal pulling money from my account to pay for that membership. If so when I pay monthly bill why does my balance not change at all when I don't make any other purchases?
