Alright, here's the deal. My paypal account had been collecting dust for sometime, and I logged in today to make sure everything was in order to recieve a payment this weekend. When I logged in, I realized that the debit card on file was from my old bank, an linked to an account no longer in existence. I have paypal linked to my new bank account, but I can't find how to change the debit card. Thanks for your help.
