Hi guys, I have a bit of a strange situation happening with PayPal. Here goes: I ordered some items from a company called "Vape Link" which claims to be based here in the UK, I stupidly read reviews after the order and was informed that they are based in China and pretend to be located here. Not wanting to wait 3 weeks for something I could get in 3 days I tried to report the problem to paypal as fraudulent activity but they said it wasn't and closed the case. Now I can't open a case at all, and the seller has marked the transaction as disputed. They are ignoring all contact from me and I'm kinda at my wits end waiting for paypal to get back in touch Any help would be appreciated Thanks
