Hello. So here's the deal. I used to live in Finland and had a personal PayPal account. Then I moved to Estonia and tried to change the PayPal country, discovering it can't be done. "**bleep** that", I figured, "who needs PayPal when I have a credit card." Then I happened to need a PayPal account for my business in Estonia, so I created an account. In Estonia, using an Estonian address and Estonia as a country. All was well in this regard, until today a vendor I bought stuff from asked me to confirm the address, as I had placed the order to be delivered to Estonia, but his address card said Finland. Other than that the address was correct. I also noticed that the information that the stuff is getting delivered was sent to BOTH email addresses, the one connected to the personal (Finland) one, and to the one connected to the business (Estonia) one. My only guess is that PayPal has somehow figured that this is the same person and that the country must be the same, i.e. Finland. I'm not living in Finland, nor am I planning to. How do I get the country sorted?
