Recently a buyer won an item from me on 10/31. Item was paid for on 11/1. I mailed item (dispute the grief of having lost my mom on 11/2). They was allowed by Paypal to open a claim lying by saying item was not received timely (e-Bay listing gave me 5 days to mail) and that she no longer wanted item. Item was delivered on 11/7 but they REFUSED it. Paypal giving her a refund even though I did all I was obligated to do. Horrible business practice and one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with! Beware ALL!!! Is there any other options?
