You most likely will not get any help anyhow.  Their customer service is pathetic with no concern for the customer.  They will side on the side of the fraudulent user.  All they have to do is provide a fake tracking number and Paypal calls that sufficient evidence on the sellers part and close your dispute with no concern if you ever received anything. ... Unfortunately their customer service sucks and there are no real consumer protections from Paypal.  Click cancel and it will take you to a thing to send a message.  That's what I did however like I said their customer service is pathetic and they don't even read the complaint and will side on the side of the fraudulent activity with no regard to what your input is.  Don't expect them to actually read anything. ... I to have had a similar encounter with Paypals pathetic customer service and buyer protection.  In my instance the seller provided a bogus tracking number and Paypal closed my dispute citing sufficient evidence from the seller and released the funds.  I have sent messages countless times stating that this is a bogus tracking to no avail.
