I won a bid on an item, have a paypal receipt and my card has already been charged. Now I am receiving an email from Ebay saying I haven't paid for the item. Also, when I went into eBay it looks like there are 2 orders for the same thing and both aren't paid? The item was being shipped form Hong Kong could they not have gotten the payment or just said they didn't' get the payment?
