I sold a pair of jeans to a buyer on Depop. PayPal granted the Buyer a refund after Buyer claimed they got wet during transit. PayPal said the Buyer needs to pay for shipping and ship it back to me by Aug 15 @ 3am. It is now Aug 15 @ 10am, and buyer hasn’t responded or provided tracking. PayPal hasn’t sent me anymore information either. What can I do? The funds are currently being held. Will the funds be released to me if Buyer doesn’t ship back?
