Hi again..I kept phoning them..they asked me to post the earphones back but i told them I wouldn't as it's a fake address..they acknowledged there was a problem with yedeo and would refund me..the refund was from yedeo technology ..keep phoning..emails are replied to with standard computer replies..phone them and if you get no joy phone them again..my last call I got a young lad from Newcastle and he was amazing..good luck and don't give up x ... Hi there..yes they asked me to send it back..I told them the address was fake..they said they would get a UK address....I told them I wasn't spending any money sending it back that we were only sent them so they had a tracking number..no way the weight of them would be the same as a fluffy duvet cover..everytime I got an email i phoned them..i eventually got a refund..keep phoning them ..you will get a refund..they admitted they had a problem with yedeo technology and stopped all trading with them..the phone number is right at the bottom of paypal site..good luck x ... Keep phoning them .I did and eventually was refunded from yedao technology..I told them I wasn't sending them back as it was false address and they had only sent cheap things cause they needed a tracking number..don't give up..keep phoning..good luck xxc ... View more

It's crazy this company is getting away with this..I emailed them on several occasions..I threatened them with involving the police if I got no reply..reply came with tracking number and told me I received them...I wrote am angry email back and they replied in chinese..I can imagine what they said..ive also messaged PayPal again..just waiting to see what happens.. don't let it go..keep complaining.xxx ...
