It looks like any mention of this CD Key reseller is being kept aside as it looks like it becoming a current trend. Paypal have denied my claim twice saying it was authorised (it wasn't btw) and they can see it came from a a familiar device. They are stating it was made via my mobile phone but i'm thinking thats not the case.  I have looked into things which can help clear my name and before chrome crashed the last activity logged was DESKTOP-F07D44Q - 2 days ago with addressed titled '(1) scanner' and domain desktoptools <part of url removed>/?rzi=1566985&rsz=1566985&rid= The later log details matches up with the times the unauthorised transactions and possibly remotely used my pc to make transactions which would explain why the same IP address is used from when i actually changed my passwords. Googles Activity logs are: 29 Dec 2018 (19:51:13 GMT) Loading... desktoptools<top level domain removed> 29 Dec 2018 (19:51:13 GMT) (1) Scanner desktoptools<top level domain removed> 29 Dec 2018 (19:50:35 GMT) (1) Scanner desktoptools<top level domain removed> 29 Dec 2018 (19:49:56 GMT) (1) Scanner desktoptools<top level domain removed> 29 Dec 2018 (16:26:49 GMT) (1) Scanner desktoptools<top level domain removed> 29 Dec 2018 (16:26:49 GMT) (1) Scanner desktoptools<top level domain removed> 29 Dec 2018 (16:24:40 GMT) (1) Scanner desktoptools<top level domain removed>   the website was only created 14 days before unauthorised purchases were made from my account   If you have google tracking visit myactivity.google and see whether you can pinpoint where someone may have gave themselves access ... While near my phone i had 2 notifications off paypal about 2 payments. Not having done any shopping I checked the activity and it was payment for <removed> (<removed>). I had changed all my passwords disputed the payments. I have even had texts off paypal to say it looks suspicious PayPal A -£137.97 GBP transaction with <removed> DMCC on 29 December 2018 was marked suspicious. Please reply "1" if authorised or "2" if not authorised. I woke in the middle of the night and checked to see if any information is needed and paypal have declined my claim We've completed our review of your unauthorised activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorised use. I dont know what to do next whether to go to a police station a file a crime with them. Paypal offices are not open and this is alot of money to be out of just after Xmas ... View more
