I think it is a valid question with paypal. I just sold something on ebay that is not in the list of unusal items and the payment was held for 21 days. I immediately refunded the payment. I will not deal with Ebay ever again. It is wrong to just hold peoples money. I know for a fact that when this happens and I played by the rules it too over a week to get the money. Paypal will not release until buyer leaves feedback.. Well guess what buy never left feedback and I shipped overnight provided Fed Ex tracking...probably a mistake since Ebay PayPal are not in bed with Fed Ex but I get a better rate through Fed Ex. This is my last use of ebay. I may use paypal but I am dobuting it. I hope someone comes up with something better or comprable to PayPal. People will go to this new site quickly...I know I will.
