I am wondering if this was resolved for the asker, because I am having the exact same problem and changing the funding source DOES NOT WORK because it simply backs up and asks me to change to a back-up source, and will only work with a credit card. And NO, calling them did NOT work either! Like the other person, I added a new bank account, both are confirmed, and now neither one can be used to pay for a shipping label, it will only let me use a credit card. This is a real problem for me because I only have a little credit available on my credit card! I called Paypal and they told me it was not to do with adding a new confirmed bank or my new confirmed address, that some other user had created a security risk for this type of transaction and that I should add funds to my Paypal account if I want to pay for labels with my bank. But it takes 3-5 days to add funds, I make sales daily and ship within 24 hours, and I don't know ahead of time how much I will need! I don't have a bunch of money I can just live without while it sits waiting to be used for shipping. I need to be able to use my bank account to pay like I did before! The lady on the phone could not tell me what I can do to resolve this or how long it will be before they fix whatever is causing it. Has anyone found a solution for this?
