Hi guys , first of all thank you for reading my post and I hope it won’t be to heavy to read . I trade with online goods such as virtual weapons and armour inside a virtual game . Only yesterday I wanted to buy a virtual items to resell it for a higher price later but I got scammed by the owner of that particular item for over 200€ , now I sent it by friends and family , is there any way I can open a dispute on PayPal over a payment sent via friends and family or not ?
