I understand your frustration, but I don't believe "PayPal has chosen to cherry pick." I believe the only reason I got a refund was because I got someone in customer service whose family member was also scammed by these people. I also used my credit card. If PayPal hadn't have chosen to refund me, I would have gone to my credit card company. And, yes, they are crappy pieces of cloth. ... View more

It takes about 2 months to get the cloth (quilt, term used loosley). Track your DHL number. It won't move for about 1 month because its being shipped from Shanghai the USA. I ordered mine on 11/25 and I got it on January 22nd. There was no return address for mine, but I was one of the few who got a refund. The cloth I received isn't even good enough to let a stray dog sleep on. Its garbage. Good luck and I hope you get yours, although I warn you that it is not what is advertised. ... View more

Not sure what happened in the last comment, but I was credited in December and my quilt (loose term) is supposed to be here today. Takes a good 2 months to receive it and it sits for about a month between Shanghai and the United States. Check your dhl number to see where it's at now. ... View more

I as credited my purchase of $64.90 to my credit card by PayPal on or around December 24th. My quilt is supposed to be delivered to, according to USPS. I'm going to send it back. I know from the comments, it nothing like what was advertised. I think it takes at least 2 months from the time of purchase people get their quilts, well, a poorly made cloth. ... View more

Have you tried to talk to PayPal customer service on the phone? Your response references that you wrote them. I contacted PayPal on the phone and I got a refund to my credit card. If you are emailing them I suggest you actually talk to them. Good luck! ... View more

You need to show them the tracking number is fake and ask if you can talk to a supervisor. Give them the tracking link if you have to by copying and pasting it in a email to send to the PayPal customer service. It should be common knowledge by no that this quilt company (used in loose terms) is a fraudulent company. I'm sure they have encountered enough people complaining by now. Be persistent. Katie_55, Look for a "PayPal" email in your Inbox around the date you purchased the quilt. If you purchased the quilt through PayPal, there should be a confirmation email from PayPal because this part of the scam would have confirmed you made a payment. If you are referring to the confirmation the company supposedly sent to confirm the "shipment," the company probably didn't send you one. They are supposedly using the carrier DHL. This part of the scam is fake. If you are having trouble finding the payment confirmation from PayPal (as I mentioned in the first sentence), look in your Inbox, Trash and Spam folders. If you purchased the quilt using PayPal, you "will" have a confirmation from PayPal. ... View more

Yes, PayPal is getting the point its fraud. I filed with PayPal December 23rd and received my refund request December 24th to my credit card. They know. I also got someone in customer service this happened to in their family. They know it's a fraudulent company. Keep calling if you have to. ... View more
