I am not sure why this issue is marked as "solved" because the marked solution is arbitrary and a matter of leaving it to chance, in cases I have seen (even with a Business account.) I have asked about a particular situation and problem here but still haven't received any reply. Apparently Paypal allows some sites to force using credit cards even where there are ample funds in the balance (This leaks your information to the merchant while giving you a false sense of "security" that you're using Paypal so the merchant only sees what you choose — and that's the problem here which folks are rightly pointing out.) Since this post generates a lot of traffic, and a lot of folks are having this problem with no clear solution (unless there is one which we don't know about, of course), might I suggest unmarking it as a solution?
