Thanks, I did check it for fraud but it seems to be genuine. I think I've worked it out. It's a new ebayer who cancelled a sale (lol, in a language even Google couldn't identify!) & whom I have already refunded - which is why I couldn't see it as a 'new' chargeback. PayPal tells me they are contesting it on my behalf as they can see I've already refunded. Thanks for your help.
