Ok So, My Account was hacked a few days ago by a spanish guy that used my money to buy stuff for his own, but thankful I could of recover it, and paypal paid me back, However, when paypal was paying me back, they forgot to give me 200€ and instead gave me 13€, and I would like to say that I had my money in Euros, and I was paid in Dollars, which made me get even less money. On The email paypal sent me, it says that I was supose to get everything back, but I didn't, I've already called them but i don't know what to do anymore, cuz nobody answers, I only hear music and nothing else, i don't know what to do... I would like anyone to help me out with this big issue, since I need the money to buy my school stuff...
