Hi I have worked for a client. I have designed a game screen. We agreed $75 for one design. My client accepted & he paid me via PayPal. I designed Game UI as per his suggestions & he approved it. I send all the required file, JPEG, PNG, PSD file via skype. Now after 10 days he asked for a refund & filled a claim. When I respond to this claim through "Resolution center", There is a field called "Enter Tracking No.". I don't know what is this? How can I provide this tracking no.? What to do? Please help.
