 Good day to you all! My name is Elize and i am new to this kind of thing and i am also so happy that there are people to trying to help. I have a problem regarding a dispute that was on eBay and then it was closed at eBay opened at Paypal and the seller won the case, i could only send them the proof of shipment via a tracking no, there was a very long discussion between me and the buyer for a long time on eBay in the resolution Centre and the more proof i started to send him regarding the shipping the more angry he got with me and when it was opened with Paypal all i could send them was the tracking no and i had to wait for the outcome which was in his favor! Here is the case ID:  PP-007-623-435-007 This problem started in eBay where the buyer said that he did not receive his parcel. I went out of my way to try and solve this problem, so far as to contact JFK and spoke to a very helping woman which gave me some info regarding this parcel, now remember 2 things, i am and old lady in South Africa phoning all over to try and solve this problem.
