Hello also i should buy Microsoft Gift Card from this seller <removed> (<removed>) it took me 28,36USD I gave the diput about unauthorized transaction paypal answered me this is not an unauthorized transaction and they have closed the process, but how Is this possible if I did not buy it and paid it, and I also did not get a paypal email about a completed purchase and a payment, what should I do?
