Hi, Hopefully someone could help me. I've only received automatic replies from PayPal so far and nothing is clear on their website. Basically, I was scammed by somebody and the item never delivered so I've opened a dispute as normal except the seller is saying it's been sent. That's fine, it can't be proved so I'm sure it'll go in my favour. However, the seller has threatened to release my personal info and boot me offline etc. Who do I contact to report this to, will PayPal even care? Thanks
