Paypal don't ban accounts for no reason, they want us to open accounts as they make money when we use them.
So you must have done something wrong.
Some simple reasons are.
selling and accepting payment via friends / family.
underage account.
too many disputes.
etc etc etc.
Only customer services know for sure why they no longer want your business and they don't give you a reason.
