Hi Sharpiemarker, I had my prepaid paypal card in Italy for years, till 2014 (if I remeber well), maybe we are talking about different things. If I try to go to the italian website to get a prepaid card, it start showing me all the shops where I can find a prepaid paypal card (in Italy, of course). In the UK website it make me apply and after the application I got my account, but I don't understand how can I get my card. They are going to send me the card by mail?
