Hi,   Your account has been limited by Paypal and needs to verify your Proof of Identification. Hi,  I did submit also 2 documents and it  was rejected. I did the following    1. Check the List of valid documents required by Paypal. 2. Check your document address , if it's the same with your Paypal Address (Profile). It needs to be word for word. 3. You should not submit scan documents, instead use ur phone to capture the documents and make sure it's not blurred. 4. I think they send you an email to verify your paypal account like "Proof of Address" and they have certain days to comply it and you missed it.  ... View more

I solved this by complying with regulatory requirements of paypal. I just found out that they send me an email regarding  my PayPal account has been limited. I comply the necessary document. Look at your email and find the subject "Important: Your PayPal account has been limited".   I hope it will help.   Thanks ... View more
