So I am older ( remember when Tv's got to be a thing) so the techie thing is challenging. I have used PayPal for a decade for purchasing online. In Jan my brother died and left a number of unique items that he had collected. I needed the bigger eBay audience to get the value of a vintage guitar I sold. Buyer is happy, Ebay is happy, PayPal limits my account and threatens to shut it down. So being older I try to guess how to navigate the problem. I give feedback that is NEVER acknowledged. I talk to a guy on the phone who says he's not the guy to talk to but he will pass it along. Half of the trouble for older folk is the navigation through pages is not evident. The responses to email inquiry are automated and not from a real person. I don't want to pay my lawyer to eat up the money from sale, but not sure what else to do. I did see one place it said a limit could be 21 days they can keep my money. Not a merchant just selling unique items that I am looking for the bigger eBay audience for. PayPal threatened to close my account by Dec 8th for making a completed "unusual" sale. But they took their fee out right away??? I just got the Ebay invoice yesterday and want to get them paid out of that money in PayPal because I do not want to pay Ebay $615 fee if PayPal doesn't release my funds.
