Hi Everyone, 1st post, pay even be last one! It has been brought to my attention that: if my Company deliverers own manufactured goods via our own transport (As we do), then we are working outside PayPal's terms and Conditions, we have our own employed transport Delivery network so we (Deliver in Person by Our Company team) for the whole of UK. so this it what worries me: Quote: "Please note: items delivered in person or to a different address are not covered by Seller Protection"  Can anyone shine a light on this, as PayPal approached us in a move for all our Web/Card/Phone Transactions to go through their network Although we may be a special case delivering large Building goods. how can they change terms for one and not the other! Secondly our Customers will open the (ship to a new delivery addresses tab) which is standard on most Sites now, our items are large, high volume and price, 9 times out of 10 are going to their luxury 2nd Property or they are having a new built or a refurbished property.   Thank you in advance       ...
