Took ages to receive my item, logged it with PayPal, they contacted seller, item arrived within 2 days. Item too small, advised by seller i could get a 10% back,these boots are too small i would like to return item and have a refund please. Item returned to CHINA at a cost of 12.00, waited and waited and waited, still waiting... logged it with Paypal, and they have declined to give me my money back, says i have entered the wrong amount and the seller does not agree with this. I have appealed and been declined again, i have sent PayPal proof of posting and how much i was for item. Any body got any suggestions 47.95$ down the drain.
