Hello! I have the exact same issue. The credit card on file needs to be removed. It was incorrectly used as a backup method and now my credit card is locked by Citi. I tried removing it, but it keeps telling me there is a transaction pending. Nothing is pending.I need this resolved ASAP! My external Gmail email address is on file. Thanks!
