I am having a real nightmare with PayPal support for almost a month now. Regular support does not seem to understand my issue after about 10 emails back and forth. They keep repeating the same mantra how they understand my inconvenience, with zero results. I have also opened 2 tickets with PayPal Tech Support on their new website - NO ANSWER! I just don't understand how is this even possible in the 21 century. I have a verified Premier account. I am trying to update my Website Preferences (in Seller Preferences), and I am trying to update my Credit Card Statement name, but the links in my account do not work. Instead of Website Preferences, my account redirects to the general account settings. Instead of Credit Card Statement name, my account redirects to an error page - content not existing. Why is this so difficult to understand, and why PayPal support is telling me that my account is fully functional?
