I have woo commerce, pay pal standard, API's set up I P N set up. Pay pal said it's OK, but hardly listened to me ion the phone... The only mystery to is in the Woo Commerce PayPal Checkout Gateway it asks for
LIVE API certificate? I don't have Pay pal pro. and this up there.
