My wife bought something personalised from one of the facebook advertisement links, it arrived and was not up to standard. Seller refused to refund, we opened a case and was found in our favour, however we have to return the item. The problem is the address to return is China! the item was from a personal photo so they won't be able to re-use it, and the post back is £12.95, when the refund due is USD15.99. So not a refund at all. I can't find a number to call paypal, do you think they would help in this instance?
