I am having a similar experience with Paypal disputes. Its as though there's a monkey dealing with dispute issues who blatently doesn't read anything you send them and then sends you a generic response - usually off on a tangent which makes it clear they don't read anything or give a sh*t about customer service or concluding any dispute amicably.
