I did it because I did not receive the item i ordered. I would think the option for item not as described would be if I order a 4 legged dog and instead got a 3 legged dog. I still get a dog. Now I get a something not closely related. I cannot get a chargeback from my credit card provider. I there a way of fixing my mistake?

Hi, yes I got a tracking number for the seller. It was for the tub of solder flux they send instead of the TV box. They obviously did this (sending the flux instead of the tvbox) so that there will be a tracking number and thus not causing concern from the buyers side. It was paid for via Ebay with paypal. from Ebay you are taken directly to paypal to pay for an item that you are buying. Don't know what else to tell you there. My gripe is how can paypal just decide against my claim within 5 mins without advising me as to why, so that if I made a mistake on my claim to atleast afford me the opportunity to fix my mistake. Now I cannot reopen the dispute anywhere.

I logged a paypal despute for an Item not received. Within 5mins of my despute being openend, Paypal send me a message saying that they could not decide in my favour. I mean what the? I paid for the item which was an NVIDIA Shield TV box bought via EBAY and payed with PAYPAL to the amount of $149. I did not received the item, instead I received an $1 tub of solder paste. Apon closer investigation MANY other buyers have been defrauded the same way. So I would like to know WHY did Paypal decide that this is not in my favour? So much for the buyer protection. I now feel defrauded by Paupal as well. Thanks for the help
