I put an order into Matalan for £25 on 22 October, had an email off PayPal confirming this, but when I chased up my order with Matalan, they told me my order had not been received, tried to cancel my payment , but no joy, cannnot speak to anybody and have tried going through the procedure to cancel payment but no joy.
