Hi there I signed up for PayPal credit tonight and didn’t have a PayPal account before that, I have since changed settings for one touch etc to keep me logged In but when the site I am on tries to transfer over to PayPal it gets as far As the log on screen I log in and then it says “Return to merchants, this request can’t be completed at this time” why would this be? and if I am on eBay checking out again crosses over to PayPal and then asks me to complete credit card details To make payment but I want t to come out of my PayPal credit balance which is the first and only payment preference or method I have selected
