You need to open a dispute with PayPal. You can also send email to them but don’t expect a reply until after they hear from PayPal. I wrote them several times and they finally replied begging me for more time to receive my order. I wrote one more time, demanding an immediate refund and a couple of days later I received my order. Surprisingly enough, it’s a pair of shoes that are the cutest, exactly as pictured online, perfect fit and all! I am very happy with the shoes but will never shop with them again. The long wait (turned out to be about 8 weeks) is not acceptable. Also: be sure to ALWAYS use PayPal. Thatbis my policy and I recently made an exception to my rule and am having the hardest darned time getting resolution. I have also made a firm practice to never order from China.
