Hello, I made my own pay pal account and added my master card and they send me a message is my mastercard has charged by 1 dollar and my limit now is the same limed before they charged it by 1.50 euros and they sent me a new message tells me my pre paid card has charged by 1 dollar and my charge Decreased by 1.50$ is this Normal or what .I do not care about the 1.50$ but i'am asking only
