Hi all, I purchased an item off Ebay using paypal credit, I cancelled the order the very same day and on my statement it says refunded back to my card, Mow the problem is paypal have started taking the ammount over 12 months which is what I signed up to when purchasing, How can this be when the transaction was cancelled and refunded? Tried to open a resolution and paypal are saying contact paypal credit?? How do I do this when everything is automated and I thought paypal was the same as paypal credit. Totally confused.
