You won't receive a confirmation from them. They never send one. They probably will send a tracking #, that more than likely can't be tracked. I personally think it's just a made up # they enter off the tops of their heads and to make the customer think that their doing something. They're doing something all right. They've taking your money, keeping it, letting it accrue interest for them and in most cases banking on another stupid American to do nothing about them ripping them off! It's just as aggrivatingly simple as that. AGAIN! CALL PAYPAL Place a case against Storm Media! The only way this Chinese businessman is eventually stopped is to continue to expose him! IF PayPal denies your case after you've done every they've told you to do then call again and ask for the denial to be reviewed. Make sure you take screen shots of all transactions with PayPal regarding your interaction with them. This way when you talk with them you can back it up with the screenshots. That's what I did and my denied case was overturned within a couple of minutes talking to a rep. Then I filed for the refund of paid postage from PayPal which is just under transaction on the activity screen. I was refunded my return postage too! This isn't unusual at all. I had the exact same thing happen to me. I originally got a denial of my case denied by PayPal. When I got the denial email from them, I called their customer service department. I actually spoke to a rep, explained that I had complied with everything that they requested from filing the case with them to returning the merchandise, to sending them pictures of my PO return receipt, only to have PayPal deny my case. The rep placed me on hold, came back in less than a minute or so and told me that he had overturned the denial and refunded me in full. Then I applied for the postage return with PayPal that's right under the transaction # on their activities and was refunded my $30.00 in postage to return the items. Not sure it happens all the time like this, or that I happened to get a decent PayPal rep on the phone. Yarrick, First off, I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve attaching me to your comment about PayPals customer service. Actually, I too believe they leave a lot to be desired in most instances where resolving billing issues are concern. I don't work for PayPal. My comments have ALWAYS been trying to help people who have been ripped off by a Chinese company that habitually rips off people. I personally had it happen to me. What I learned from this experience was to NEVER again by anything advertised for sale on ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE. Such as Instagram or Facebook. Secondly, be cautious about using PayPal to pay for anything. In my opinion it would be better to use your CC or bank debit card. Thirdly, I advised people who came here in this community forum to complain about PayPal not responding to their request for assistance by email, to call PayPal and talk to a person. Call PayPal! Placing a complaint on here doesnt do anything. IF you call then PayPal can register the complaint against Storm Media and most likely reimburse you. I think you'll be more apt to be refunded your money if you do. ... View more
