Hi, I have been to PayPal technical support about this, but they seem to be pretty busy and don't seem to be able to help. We have a piece of software that uses the NVP/SOAP API and IPN. We setup Webhooks on the NVP/SOAP API to get information about user subscriptions, but no events are coming in related to billing subscriptions. In fact, the only events coming in appear to be Payment Sale Completed and Payment Sale Refunded, looking at the Webhook Events log in the Developer Dashboard. I am hoping someone can help us figure out why the webhooks are not receiving all the events we signed up for (we ended setting the hook to send all events, but no luck). Anyone else have this problem? Thanks a lot!
