Friday one of my employees asked me to charge airplane tickets for him so he could see his dying mother . One of the choices was Paypal and I regrettably took it. Paypal said that they would take x dollars from my paypal balance and the rest from my checking account. Yesterday (Tuesday) someone ordered a item that I listed on eBay. They paid with paypal. The airline charge hit after that. Paypal not only took what I agreed for them to take, they took what the new customer sent me and took less from my checking account. I can not print a UPS shipping label because my paypal balance is zero. I have to now go to UPS and pay for this shippment and not get the discount. I called Paypal ask how that this could be fixed. They have no idea what customer service is. Three people including the head supervisor (Harvey 41946) told me that that is the way it is and if I did not like it, it is my choice not to use paypal.
