Hi, I have a quick question can I request for refund for a scam seller that I just saw on Facebook? I saw an add at Facebook it is www.COOLGUGU.com and purchased a latest iphone watch for 49.95 that was last July 27, 2018 and since then never had any updates about my purchase, tried contacting the seller but no phone number or response from them, when I tried contacting Facebook they said they have no control over the site and I should try to contact them, but later found out that these guys have two different locations one in China and one in Canada. And many testified it was a scammer! Can Paypal refund me back the money that I spent over these guys since the seller doesn't exist? Or non reachable? They charged me $55.74. I need some advice.
