I have contacted PayPal already and am waiting for a reply. I decided to ask here because I want a response quickly. I recently purchased goods from a "Seller" and I clicked his generated PayPal link and sent the money to him. Little did I know it was set as donation. Can this be refunded? I was from my bank account and it says pending for 2-3 days...Can I get the money back? I contacted him requesting refund since he never intended to send me the goods and he responded " If you dispute your a **bleep** who will lose like everyone else who disputed for donating :)" What do I do?
