Yes I had no way of contacting the shop to ask them not to send the package or to send it back or ask the company if I could send it back. Paypal just told me I could not send it back. However, they have no right to do that because its between me and the seller to make that decision not them. I am so angry yet again with this company. They would not even give me the companies contact details as I have been chasing for them to cancel the order before I went away and came back to the item that does not fit or suit me at all. I am sick to the back teeth of this company to be fair.
