Actually faced with a fraud from PayPal side. It displayed me false information about payment, and afterwards charged me 24 EUR more. There were no indication of the charged amount at all. They dislayed that they will charge 400 USD and 4 EUR, but actually charged everything in EUR. Because of that I overpaid 24 EUR more. Contating their message centre didn't help. They do not want to do anything (at least on that level). Did anyone faced similar problem? It's clearly their fault, that they don't want to resolve.
